Care and Upkeep
Plastic is sterilizable until it gets scratched. Even scratches too small to see can hide stuff in them, so if you’re going to share this item with anyone else, or between your front side and your backside, use a condom to cover it. The jelly rubber sleeve is porous from the start, so do use a condom on that too if you’re going to share. You can clean all of this with warm water and a gentle soap. Scrub it gently for at least 3 minutes for the ultimate clean. We recommend you only use water based lubricant with this toy. Oil and silicone lubes can hurt the rubber sleeve. If you’re only using the plastic, use your favorite lube -water, silicone, or oil.
There's an O ring beneath the threads of the battery compartment on the vibe that keeps the inside of the toy dry if it's exposed to water. The battery compartment needs to be tightly closed for this to work. If the rubber ring breaks or starts to wear down, you can take it off the toy and ask a hardware store for an O ring in that size. They don't have to know what it's for!
