Does Self Serve have a real-world store?

Self Serve opened a brick and mortar store January 3rd, 2007 in the Upper
Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico. We have a veritable
plethora of toys, books, lotions, safer sex supplies, gourmet chocolate,
oils and gifts for browsing and purchase. We offer a community space where
you can sit and read a book for awhile or attend one of our many classes
or events. If you're in the Albuquerque area or traveling Route 66,
come stop by!

You can purchase sex toys
and other products, gather valuable
sex tips, and read about toys, books and other items we have available
throughout the website. If you see, hear or read about something you want
to purchase, and can't find it in our online store, call us at 505-265-5815
to place a specialty order. You can also use our contact
form to place an email order.

We are dedicated to educating every customer on our products, whether
in person, online or by phone, so that you can make the best purchases
to suit your needs. We test all battery-operated toys before sale or shipping,
and inspect each product for quality control. You can find more information

Does Self Serve take returns?

All of our products are guaranteed against breakage. Due to the intimate
nature of some of our products, customers may return only defective items
that fail to function as they should, within 14 days of purchase.
Defective
items can be exchanged for the same item or returned for store credit.
We require the defective item to be returned with receipt and original
packaging in order to receive store credit. All products must be returned
in clean, well-sealed, sanitary condition. While we want to accommodate
for broken toys, Self Serve reserves the right to refuse a return if we
see fit. Just contact us for Return Authorization and instructions on
returning your item.
Sale items
are not returnable. Keep in mind that if a toy stops working, we may be
able to help you fix it over the phone! If it's simply "not working
for YOU," then that may be out of our hands.

Can I make a special order from Self Serve?
We will
make every effort to find a specialty item for you if you can't find it
on our website or at our store. Many manufacturers make toys and products
with similar designs and functions. If you provide as much information
as you can about the size, shape, material, manufacturer, and function,
we will do our best to locate the right product for you.
