In this class we will learn different tantalizing Lap Dance techniques, and hold a safe space for discussion on empowerment.

All bodies are good bodies and no one has to do anything they don't want to. We will learn a front straddle technique, backwards straddle and a no contact form of lap dance. Aside from the movement parts of dancing we will also explore many other ways to get the sensual energy flowing and tease your partner! There is a lot more to it than just the movement, like breathing, eye contact, noises and projection of energy. All are welcome in this judgment free class. Each person will also receive a printout including a list of my special strip hacks, and resources for getting started. I can't wait to lap dance and flow with you all!

Hello my name is Aspen, aka Stella on stage (her/she). I am an exotic dancer of nine years, content creator, a feminist, and advocate for sexual empowerment! I love sensual dance because it gives me confidence in my body and mind. For me it is about creative expression, being fun and playful, and connecting with myself and others in a deep way! Being a dancer has helped me grow into the person I am today, there have been challenges, set backs and plain awkwardness but all this makes me a stronger person. I am thirty years old and attending CNM studying Women, Gender, and Sexualities. This is my passion!
