To clean your Fleshlight, take the bottom cap off the toy, pull the sleeve out of the plastic container.  Fleshlight's superskin material is porous.  You should wash it with warm water and mild soap.  You can put the nozzle of your faucet right in there to rinse it thoroughly.  Wash the container also with warm soapy water.  Let the both dry completely before putting them back together to use again.  Put the top cap on it to keep dust out.  It's normal for the sleeve to feel a little tacky after washing.  You may dust it with talc free cornstarch to make it feel soft again.  You may use any lubricant with this toy but water-based lube will probably preserve the material longest.
