The best pelvic pain relieving tool developed that can be made warm or cold!
Description
Just like its sibling, the Temperature Therapy Wand was created by a pelvic physical therapist for those of us who experience pelvic pain.  This is the smoothest, most comfortable, and most optimally angled silicone pelvic wand available!  It’s covered in colorful, silky smooth, medical-grade silicone for easy insertion and works to target trigger points in the pelvic floor muscles, including the most deep and hard to reach obturator internus and puborectalis muscles.

Now you can add temperature to your therapy!  Run the wand under warm tap water or put it in the freezer to cool it down. The core of the wand will retain the temperature to add soothing comfort to your pelvic pain therapy or endometriosis symptom management.

The shape of this wand is intentional.  Use the thinner end for deeper muscles or muscles accessed through the rectum.  The end that’s more broad will work for deep or shallow muscles.

These wands are ideal for pelvic pain that people experience from:
  • Vaginismus
  • Vestibulodynia
  • Pelvic floor tension myalgia
  • Chronic pelvic pain
  • Levator ani syndrome
  • Dispareunia (painful sex)
  • Endometriosis

We know that pelvic pain is a challenge that’s difficult to find support for.  That’s why we’re so pleased to be able to offer these Pelvic Floor Wands from Intimate Rose.  With your wand purchase you also receive: an instruction manual*, a velvet travel and storage bag, online support group access, email support access to Dr. Amanda Olson, access to the Intimate Rose video blog and archive, and more!

Care and Upkeep

Use only water-based lubricants with your Pelvic Floor Wand.  Wash your wand before first use and after each use using a mild soap and warm water.

*Please note that most of the language from Intimate Rose is gendered and refers to women specifically.  We recognize that men also experience pelvic pain and these wands can be used to address that pain rectally or vaginally.
